My Story

I’m a 90s kid, born and raised in the heart of Silicon Valley. I witnessed tech transform from a utopia to a parasite. I don’t know if Bitcoin found me or if I found it, but it was my Neo getting a call from the Matrix moment.

My Bitcoin Journey

The first time I heard about Bitcoin was when it crossed $1. That’s when I knew it was a scam.

Years later a friend asked me to read the Ethereum whitepaper. Not gonna lie it sounded awesome. After getting duped into buying ETH along with its spawn tokens, and feeling rich for 3 months, I got rekt.

Instinctually I could feel there was something special, something big, I just couldn’t see clearly. I was compelled to start digging my Bitcoin rabbit hole. I realized people I initially categorized as bullies, like Cory Klippsten, were actually just factually correct. I read “the Internet of Money” and it all clicked. There’s a work of genius called Bitcoin and there are mountains of man-made diarrhea called crypto.

I wrote for Bitcoin Magazine to log my proof of work and months later I had the good fortune to get on the Swan. I can say now say without a shadow of a doubt it is possible to do what you love every day.
